My name is Augusta Redding, and I am a Health Coach, and through my own experiences of feeling unbalanced in life, I hope to help you. I used to think that I was the only one, but through my journey to recovery I quickly realised I wasn’t. I believe that sharing personal experiences with other’s is one of the most powerful healing tools. This is my method, and it’s here to help you.

I have simplified this method into four pillars, the four pillars that were integral to my healing and I believe will be to yours.

MOVEMENT

If we don’t move it can lead to many different health related issues. Living a sendentary life creates an environment where diseases flourish and manifest. If we do not move our bodies enough, our whole body is affected including our immune systems, digestion and hormones to name just a few. This doesn’t mean we all need to be punishing our bodies with continuous HIIT workouts or running weekly marathons, it’s important to find the different movements that work for you and fit into our lifestyle.

Love Letters to My Body

I started A Love Letter To My Body in 2020, when social media was saturated with both men and women sharing “Instagram v reality” snaps of their bodies, revealing the parts that society says we shouldn’t and normalising them.
